  • Constant Headache/Bodyache: Day 1 – your head/body starts aching. You ignore it or take a pain relief. The pain continues, the second day and so on. You must immediately rush to the doctor as it is a bad sign of unhealthy life for which you should get an immediate solution.
  • Constipation:   If you are eating the wrong kind of food your body will immediately give you the signals. This will affect the digestive system and you will suffer from constant constipation. You may take a medicine for the gradual relief from constipation but it is a clear hint of the fact that what you are consuming is not suitable for your body. Check on your diet and on the cause of constipation. Also check the kind of food which suits your body or not. This will help you a lot in leading a healthy life.
  • Allergy in Skin: If you are experiencing allergy in the skin, you must go and have a check up with the doctor. It’s an unhealthy indication of something that’s caused due to water infection or bad digestion. Before it takes bad consequences, you must go and consult a good skin specialist.
