2. Get enough sleep

You must sleep for 6-8 hours regularly to keep yourself charged up in the morning. You can also take an afternoon nap of about 15-20 minutes which will also lessen your lethargy and exhaustion.

Meditation soothes your mind and calms your soul. Sit every day for about 15-20 minutes in silence by closing your eyes and inhaling a deep breathe in and exhaling the breath slowly and gradually.
